Fix Your Lift: Ankle Dorsiflexion & bottom Oly Position

The bottom position of the Oly lift is a hard one to handle. Many lifters understand that they should push their knees out -

-but not everyone understands that they should also push their knees over their toes. The act of pushing your knees over your toes is called dorsiflexion. In this short video you will see three short hacks to use to fix your lift and mobilize your ankles.

1) knee over toes x 10 ea

2) wall calf stretch x 15 sec ea

3) over head squat partner stretch 2x15 sec

Here is the video.
