Fix Your Lift 2: Shoulders for Overhead squat/snatch

A lot of athletes want to perform the complex movement of the snatch, however, many can't even hold the bar overhead and squat. This impairment usually occurs because of two problems: lack of balance, and shoulder immobility. This video will go over three stretches that fix your shoulders, unfortunately not your balance.

1) Behind the head pull apart x 10-15

2) Sots Press x 5

3) Overhead Cage Stretch x 2:00 min

Here is the video detailing everything you might have wondered about these stretches.
