It's a Monday which obviously means only one thing. QnA Friday video! I know that probably wasn't your first guess. I've been tackling life and that has taken some time away from producing material for the world to enjoy. To name a few obstacles: finals, master thesis lit review papers, and o ya the ever-stressful adventure of opening my own strength and conditioning facility.

Rather than blabber on about what is keeping me from upkeeping Endu, I'll give this glorious gift of a QnA video over Biceps and how to do them.
