Recipes: Cinnamon Roll [cut&strength]

This is one of my more favorite post workout shakes for cutting and flavor. Drink up!
This is post workout because in your anabolic state you will be able to absorb almost all 50 grams depending on your body type. The cinnamon not only adds flavor but is a natural fat burner. 5 gr creatine replenish stores leading to faster recover. 5 gr glutamine restore the bodies muscle stores and will improve immune system functions post workout.


50 gr vanilla whey protein
1-2 tsp of cinnamon
5 gr creatine
5 gr glutamine
