Recipe: Protein Oatmeal

For breakfast or even for my mid day carb blast i love making this and reaping from the nutritional benefits. The honey is a natural sweetner and lacks the negatives of highly processed sugars. Cinnamon boosts metabolism and immune functions according to some research. Protein helps by boosting protein synthesis.

Squeeze of honey
1-2 tsp of cinnamon
2 cups oatmeal [80 gr oats]
25 gr protein scoop

Add oatmeal to bowl and then top it with cinnamon, protein and then honey. Add water to desired consistency and then stir together. Eat cold or warm your choice.
