Biomechanics Of Strength Seminar

This is a little taste for all of you out there who missed or couldn't make the seminar. We had a small but eager crowd who had plenty of good questions and I took that semi knowledgeable head of mine and verbally vomited the 5 hours i spent restudying and prepping for this yesterday [one reason why the squat post was so long and in detail]. But down to the detail the main reason I'm posting today is because i have been getting questions about some of my mobility work. I've tweaked the standard pre squat mobilityWod.com routine when I'm doing something more athletic such as tire flipping or DLD [endu version of a prowler and a pull sled.] Those who were willing to participate and be filmed are joining me in the mobility session of our seminar. Enjoy
